Fat: 82.89g | Prot: 62.20g | Carb: 185.12g.   Breakfast:  kraft redcuced fat shredded cheddar cheese, egg white, butter, oscar mayer turkey bacon, hawaii's hearth wheat bread, morning coffee, Sweet Potato Crispy Bite-Sized Puffs. Lunch:  french's spicy mustard, cracker barrel cracker cuts reduced fat cheddar cheese, hawaii's hearth wheat bread, hillshire farms deli select turkey. Dinner:  safeway salad bowl, safeway sourdough bread, butter, kraft romano parmesan cheese. Snacks/Other:  diet snapple peach tea, apple, snickers fun size, peanut butter cup, Select extreme moose tracks ice cream.
