Fat: 71.35g | Prot: 93.93g | Carb: 212.13g.   Breakfast:  morning coffee, egg white, butter, hawaii's hearth wheat bread, oscar mayer turkey bacon, kraft redcuced fat shredded cheddar cheese. Lunch:  hawaii's hearth wheat bread, cracker barrel cracker cuts reduced fat cheddar cheese, primo taglio ham, french's spicy mustard. Dinner:  steak burrito, nachos. Snacks/Other:  banana, diet snapple peach tea, apple, cheese cake, white cake.
