Fat: 71.35g | Prot: 93.93g | Carb: 212.13g.   Breakfast:  butter, egg white, hawaii's hearth wheat bread, kraft redcuced fat shredded cheddar cheese, morning coffee, oscar mayer turkey bacon. Lunch:  cracker barrel cracker cuts reduced fat cheddar cheese, french's spicy mustard, hawaii's hearth wheat bread, primo taglio ham. Dinner:  nachos, steak burrito. Snacks/Other:  apple, banana, cheese cake, diet snapple peach tea, white cake.
