Fat: 87.49g | Prot: 178.88g | Carb: 272.76g.   Breakfast:  safeway everything bagel, egg whites, morning coffee, lucerne 2% milk reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, Eating Right turkey bacon. Lunch:  Marie Callendar's chicken mushroom spinach lasagna. Dinner:  salmon, beef short rib, steak, french toast, potatoes, eggs. Snacks/Other:  banana, grand marnier, coffee liqueur, cashews, almond, raisins, prawn, pasta, pesto, clif bar chocolate peanut butter.
