Fat: 87.49g | Prot: 178.88g | Carb: 272.76g.   Breakfast:  Eating Right turkey bacon, egg whites, lucerne 2% milk reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, morning coffee, safeway everything bagel. Lunch:  Marie Callendar's chicken mushroom spinach lasagna. Dinner:  beef short rib, eggs, french toast, potatoes, salmon, steak. Snacks/Other:  almond, banana, cashews, clif bar chocolate peanut butter, coffee liqueur, grand marnier, pasta, pesto, prawn, raisins.
