Fat: 47.38g | Prot: 91.31g | Carb: 233.03g.   Breakfast:  butter, egg whites, morning coffee, safeway everything bagel, turkey and white bean chili. Lunch:  carving board ham, cracker barrel cracker cuts reduced fat cheddar cheese, hawaii's hearth wheat bread. Dinner:  balsamic vinaigrette, chili, regular, keebler saltine crackers, Quizno's mediterranean chicken salad. Snacks/Other:  APPLE, banana, Lance whole grain crackers cheddar cheese, pear.
