Fat: 79.01g | Prot: 119.64g | Carb: 236.61g.   Breakfast:  butter, egg, egg whites, lucerne 2% milk reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, morning coffee, safeway everything bagel, safeway stompin steakhouse chili. Lunch:  broiled chicken thigh, French Fries (Small), rice, whopper sandwich. Dinner:  carrot, fried chicken breast, garlic cheese bread, potato, red bell pepper, salmon. Snacks/Other:  pear.
