Fat: 48.56g | Prot: 90.62g | Carb: 324.20g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, lactaid milk, morning coffee, post spoon size shredded wheat, quaker oatmeal squares, raspberries. Lunch:  cracker barrel cracker cuts reduced fat cheddar cheese, hawaii's hearth wheat bread, primo taglio oven roasted turkey breast. Dinner:  aloha salads, aloha salads, chicken breast, garbanzo beans, grape tomatoes, kalamata olives, quinoa. Snacks/Other:  apple, banana, fuze honey & ginseng green tea, trails end milk chocolate caramel crunch.
