Fat: 54.34g | Prot: 104.35g | Carb: 212.57g.   Breakfast:  butter, hawaii's hearth bread, morning coffee, turkey meatloaf. Lunch:  cracker barrel cracker cuts reduced fat cheddar cheese, hawaii's hearth wheat bread, HONEY & ginseng green tea, hormel deli smoked ham. Dinner:  garlic shrimp, grilled fish, rice, salad dressing. Snacks/Other:  apple, apricot, banana, peanut butter cup, snickers fun size, trails end milk chocolate caramel crunch.
