Fat: 50.02g | Prot: 87.06g | Carb: 280.62g.   Breakfast:  egg whites, tomato, lucerne 2% milk reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, open nature uncured canadian bacon, safeway everything bagel, morning coffee. Lunch:  hawaii's hearth wheat bread, cracker barrel cracker cuts reduced fat cheddar cheese, primo taglio cracked pepper turkey breast. Dinner:  chicken burrito supreme fresco, Fresco Grilled Steak Soft Taco, dorito taco loco. Snacks/Other:  banana, apple, apricot, peanut butter cup, snickers fun size, trails end white chocolatey pretzels, pineapple.
