Fat: 117.39g | Prot: 94.50g | Carb: 282.71g.   Breakfast:  egg whites, butter, tomato, einstein everything bagel, lucerne 2% milk reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, open nature uncured canadian bacon, morning coffee. Lunch:  cracker barrel cracker cuts reduced fat cheddar cheese, hawaii's hearth wheat bread, carving board roast beef. Dinner:  beef short ribs, rice. Snacks/Other:  banana, apple, trails end white chocolatey pretzels, trails end white chocolatey caramel crunch, fig newtons.
