Fat: 46.77g | Prot: 108.23g | Carb: 179.26g.   Breakfast:  butter, egg whites, einstein everything bagel, lucerne 2% milk reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, morning coffee, open nature uncured canadian bacon, tomato. Lunch:  cracker barrel cracker cuts reduced fat cheddar cheese, hawaii's hearth wheat bread, hormel smoked deli ham. Dinner:  quiznos chicken mediterranean salad, quiznos chili. Snacks/Other:  apple, chicken thigh meat, chili, mashed potato, olives, pork rib, salami, starbucks ready brew refreshers, subway cold cut sandwich.
