Fat: 46.77g | Prot: 108.23g | Carb: 179.26g.   Breakfast:  egg whites, tomato, einstein everything bagel, lucerne 2% milk reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, open nature uncured canadian bacon, morning coffee, butter. Lunch:  hawaii's hearth wheat bread, cracker barrel cracker cuts reduced fat cheddar cheese, hormel smoked deli ham. Dinner:  quiznos chicken mediterranean salad, quiznos chili. Snacks/Other:  starbucks ready brew refreshers, subway cold cut sandwich, salami, olives, chicken thigh meat, pork rib, mashed potato, chili, apple.
