Fat: 23.71g | Prot: 88.69g | Carb: 228.76g.   Breakfast:  egg whites, einstein everything bagel, lucerne 2% milk reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, morning coffee, open nature uncured canadian bacon, tomato. Lunch:  cracker barrel cracker cuts reduced fat cheddar cheese, hawaii's hearth wheat bread, primo taglio cracked pepper turkey breast. Dinner:  grilled fish, mixed green salad, pineapple, white rice. Snacks/Other:  apple, banana, Fuze honey & ginseng green tea, pineapple, sugar.
