Fat: 44.86g | Prot: 52.64g | Carb: 265.85g.   Breakfast:  morning coffee, tomato, spinach, butter, egg whites, preserves, lucerne 2% milk reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, la brea bakery french bread loaf. Lunch:  columbus italian dry salame, cracker barrel cracker cuts reduced fat cheddar cheese, la brea bakery french bread loaf. Dinner:  marie callendar's chicken mushroom lasagna, fresh express romaine, salad dressing. Snacks/Other:  banana, Chocolate Cinnamon Bread, iced tea honey & ginseng green tea, apple, trail's end chocolatey, vodka, pineapple.
