Fat: 43.02g | Prot: 84.01g | Carb: 281.15g.   Breakfast:  lactaid skim milk, banana, raspberries, blueberries, morning coffee, quaker oatmeal squares, Columbus Italian Dry Salame. Lunch:  hawaii's hearth wheat bread, cracker barrel cracker cuts reduced fat cheddar cheese. Dinner:  roast turkey breast, multigrain cibatta, cranberry chutney, Panko Crusted Chicken, salad dressing, mayonnaise, bacon, egg. Snacks/Other:  pear, oikos organic greek yogurt honey, chocolate cranberry crunch, dark chocolate olympic classic, pineapple, skinny cow vanilla sandwich, trail's end chocolatey.
