Fat: 43.02g | Prot: 84.01g | Carb: 281.15g.   Breakfast:  banana, blueberries, Columbus Italian Dry Salame, lactaid skim milk, morning coffee, quaker oatmeal squares, raspberries. Lunch:  cracker barrel cracker cuts reduced fat cheddar cheese, hawaii's hearth wheat bread. Dinner:  bacon, cranberry chutney, egg, mayonnaise, multigrain cibatta, Panko Crusted Chicken, roast turkey breast, salad dressing. Snacks/Other:  chocolate cranberry crunch, dark chocolate olympic classic, oikos organic greek yogurt honey, pear, pineapple, skinny cow vanilla sandwich, trail's end chocolatey.
