Fat: 89.83g | Prot: 111.49g | Carb: 203.62g.   Breakfast:  denver omelette, hash browns, sourdough bread. Lunch:  sourdough bread, cracker barrel cracker cuts reduced fat cheddar cheese, turkey breast, salami. Dinner:  mandarin chicken, rice. Snacks/Other:  peppermint ice cream, smucker's hot fudge, pineapple, pear.
