Fat: 94.07g | Prot: 120.24g | Carb: 301.23g.   Breakfast:  egg, egg whites, butter, tomato, lucerne 2% milk reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, oscar meyer turkey bacon, morning coffee, sourdough bread. Lunch:  hawaii's hearth, primo taglio ham, cracker barrel cracker cuts reduced fat cheddar cheese. Dinner:  hot wings, digiorno meatball marinara pizza. Snacks/Other:  banana, jelly beans, lance whole grain crackers real sharp cheddar cheese.
