Fat: 108.44g | Prot: 79.14g | Carb: 236.28g.   Breakfast:  apple banana, lactaid skim milk, morning coffee, oatmeal squares, Red Raspberries. Lunch:  cornbread, cracker barrel cracker cuts reduced fat cheddar cheese, fresh express romaine, sourdough bread, stompin steakhouse chili, turkey breast. Dinner:  beef short ribs, rice, salad dressing. Snacks/Other:  dried apricots, grand marnier, lance whole grain crackers real sharp cheddar cheese, Sun Chips 6 grain medley, vodka.
