Fat: 108.44g | Prot: 79.14g | Carb: 236.28g.   Breakfast:  morning coffee, lactaid skim milk, oatmeal squares, Red Raspberries, apple banana. Lunch:  turkey breast, sourdough bread, fresh express romaine, stompin steakhouse chili, cracker barrel cracker cuts reduced fat cheddar cheese, cornbread. Dinner:  beef short ribs, rice, salad dressing. Snacks/Other:  Sun Chips 6 grain medley, lance whole grain crackers real sharp cheddar cheese, vodka, grand marnier, dried apricots.
