Fat: 38.03g | Prot: 103.82g | Carb: 206.21g.   Breakfast:  butter, egg, egg whites, lucerne 2% milk reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, morning coffee, oscar meyer turkey bacon, tomato, Western Bagel. Lunch:  subway balsamic vinaigrette, SUBway double chicken chopped salad. Dinner:  ball park white turkey frank, beer, Fresh Express 50/50 Mix, Hot Dog Buns, lucerne 2% milk reduced fat cheddar cheese, stompin steakhouse chili. Snacks/Other:  apple banana, fun size snickers, grapes, mango, peanut butter cup, pineapple.
