Fat: 48.54g | Prot: 102.77g | Carb: 169.83g.   Breakfast:  butter, egg whites, jimmy dean turkey crumbles, lucerne 2% milk reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, morning coffee, preserves, tomato, western bagel. Lunch:  black olives, cracker barrel cracker cuts reduced fat cheddar cheese, Hawaii's Hearth bread, hormel deli ham. Dinner:  cornbread, fontina cheese, genoa salami, peperoncini, radicchio, romaine lettuce, smoked turkey breast, stompin steakhouse chili. Snacks/Other:  banana, chocolate cranberry crunch, oikos organic greek yogurt honey.
