Fat: 19.24g | Prot: 31.00g | Carb: 107.28g.   Breakfast:  best life spread, coffee, Cream Substitute (Liquid), pepperidge farm 7 grain bread. Lunch:  Feta Cheese, mixed greens salad, Pita Bread, portabello mushroom. Dinner:  Beer, Spicy Tuna Roll, Tempura Roll. Snacks/Other:  Lowfat Brownie.
