Fat: 19.24g | Prot: 31.00g | Carb: 107.28g.   Breakfast:  pepperidge farm 7 grain bread, Cream Substitute (Liquid), coffee, best life spread. Lunch:  portabello mushroom, Pita Bread, Feta Cheese, mixed greens salad. Dinner:  Tempura Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, Beer. Snacks/Other:  Lowfat Brownie.
