Lunch:  Glucerna Rich Chocolate Shake, Pillsbury Cookies Ready To Bake - Flag Shape. Dinner:  Silk Pure Almond Milk - Original, Bananas, Kellogg's Special K Protein Plus Cereal. Snacks/Other:  strawberries frozen, Yoplait Original vanilla yogurt, Atkins Day Break Cranberry Almond Bar, Ritz Crackerfuls - Cheddar Cheese & Bacon.
