Fat: 124.79g | Prot: 88.87g | Carb: 122.17g.   Breakfast:  Avocados, Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce, Goat Cheese, Mashed Potato made with Milk, Fat and Cheese (from Fresh), Red Onions, Strawberries, Walnuts. Lunch:  Chopped Turkey Club Salad. Dinner:  BBQ Pork, Puff Pastry (Frozen).
