Fat: 105.41g | Prot: 93.05g | Carb: 314.97g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Blueberry & Flax Granola Clusters, Chocolate Hazelnut Day Break bar, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Heavy whipping cream, International Delight Hazelnut, Natural Unsweetened Cocoa, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Steel Cut Oats. Lunch:  Carl's Jr chicken stars, Jalapeno Turkey Burger, Sweet Potato Fries (Small). Dinner:  100% Whole grain whole wheat fettuccine, Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Fresh Mushroom Pasta Sauce, Ground Turkey 85/15. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Pudding Sugar & Fat Free, Graham Cracker Pie Crust, Luna Bar - Nutz Over Chocolate, Real Cheesecake No Bake Dessert Mix.
