Lunch:  Simply Almonds, Cashews & Cranberries Trek Mix, Whole Wheat Spaghetti (Cooked), Organic Spaghetti Sauce with Mushrooms, Ground Beef Patties. Dinner:  Easy Mash'd Potatoes - Roasted Garlic 'n Skins, Mild Italian Pork Sausage. Snacks/Other:  Carbmaster Cherry Yogurt, 100% Grape Juice, Wild Blueberry ice cream.
