Fat: 92.73g | Prot: 86.68g | Carb: 174.93g.   Breakfast:  unsalted sweet cream butter, Original Thomas English muffin, Yuban Coffee, splenda, Bailey's Caramel, Organic Orginal Almond milk, Marketside roasting chicken, Fancy Fruit Strawberry with Fiber . Lunch:  Gyro meat, pita bread, greek salad, Tzatziki sauce, Diet Pepsi 16 oz. Dinner:  Chunk Light tuna in water, moorehouse yellow mustard, Holsum, Tabasco, Baby spinach, baby swiss cheese, Tomatoes, Multigrain Bread. Snacks/Other:  dark chocolate covered almonds, Life Cinnamon Cereal.
