Fat: 81.40g | Prot: 65.12g | Carb: 90.21g.   Breakfast:  Bacon and sausage omelet, Coffee, Spicy Italian sausage. Dinner:  Beef and mushroom, Cooked Eggplant (Fat Added in Cooking), Curry sauce, Duck Meat and Skin, Prawns, Steamed rice, Steamed vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Coke, Red wine.
