Fat: 69.69g | Prot: 102.73g | Carb: 301.12g.   Breakfast:  grilled cheese sandwich, chocolate energy. Lunch:  egg white omlet, cantaloupe, strawberries, orange juice, waffle, pulled pork, mashed potatoes, marie calendar's cornbread, spinach salad, ranch dressing. Dinner:  pita bread, tandoor chicken, quinoa, lentils, olive spread.
