Fat: 69.69g | Prot: 102.73g | Carb: 301.12g.   Breakfast:  chocolate energy, grilled cheese sandwich. Lunch:  cantaloupe, egg white omlet, marie calendar's cornbread, mashed potatoes, orange juice, pulled pork, ranch dressing, spinach salad, strawberries, waffle. Dinner:  lentils, olive spread, pita bread, quinoa, tandoor chicken.
