Lunch:  Bell Peppers, Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cucumber, Green Leaf Lettuce, Hormel Natural Choice Oven Roasted Deli Turkey, Kerrygold Usa Dubliner 100% Natural Cheese, Mushrooms, Red Tomatoes, Spinach. Dinner:  Baked Garlic Wings, Nancy's creamed mushroom spinach. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Dr. Pepper/Seven UP Diet Rite Per Zero Cola, HEB Heavy Whipping Cream, Jell-O Sugar Free Cherry, Kerrygold Dubliner Irish Cheese, Macadamia Nuts, Russell Stover Sugar Free Pecan Delights.
