Lunch: Atkins cholcolate delight sake, cucumber, dubliner 100% natural cheese, Extra Virgin Olive Oil Bertolli, green bell pepper, Hormel deli oven roasted turkey breast, lettuce, spinach. Dinner: cabbage green, cauliflower frozen, Gouda Style blarney castle, Kiolbassa polish sausage. Snacks/Other: almonds, Diet Rite, Jello sugar free.
