Fat: 78.38g | Prot: 53.77g | Carb: 30.42g.   Breakfast:  strawberries, Swartzbein Broc Bac Quiche. Lunch:  Guacamole ranch dressing, Subway turkey chopped salad. Dinner:  coconut oil, Guacamole ranch dressing, HEB rotisserie chicken, red cabbage, Subway turkey and ham chopped salad. Snacks/Other:  almonds, Diet Rite, New york sharp cheddar cheese.
