Fat: 71.86g | Prot: 88.43g | Carb: 33.94g.   Breakfast:  1 large egg, Bacon Grease, HEB Heavy Whipping Cream, Hormel Black Label Bacon, onion, Spinach. Lunch:  cucumber, green olives w pimiento, Hass Avocado, HEB Cooked Ham, original cream cheese, pumpkin bake, spinach. Dinner:  coconut oil, ground beef stroganoff, Spaghetti squash. Snacks/Other:  Diet Rite, Jello sugar free.
