Lunch:  Hass Avocado, white castle pie, red tomato. Dinner:  squash, Beef Sirloin, Champignon & porcini Mushroom Sauce Central Market, european butter, red onion, cabbage, Hormel Black Label Original Bacon. Snacks/Other:  Jello sugar free, Diet Rite, almonds, blackberries, Atkins Carmel Nut Bar.
