Lunch:  Hass Avocado, red tomato, white castle pie. Dinner:  Beef Sirloin, cabbage, Champignon & porcini Mushroom Sauce Central Market, european butter, Hormel Black Label Original Bacon, red onion, squash. Snacks/Other:  almonds, Atkins Carmel Nut Bar, blackberries, Diet Rite, Jello sugar free.
