Fat: 84.31g | Prot: 64.23g | Carb: 40.20g.   Breakfast:  1 large egg, European butter, HEB Heavy Whipping Cream, Hormel Black Label Bacon, onion, red tomato. Lunch:  almonds, Bertolli light extra virgin oil, cucumber, lettuce, Linda's Meatloaf, mushrooms, pumpkin bake, red tomato. Dinner:  cabbage, european butter, red onion, White Castle Pie Linda's. Snacks/Other:  bio kefir, Diet Rite, Jello sugar free, original cream cheese, strawberries.
