Fat: 73.90g | Prot: 86.49g | Carb: 38.86g.   Breakfast:  Cream Cheese, Hormel Black Label Bacon, MIM Cinammon. Lunch:  con gusto pork rinds, cucumber, lettuce, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, red tomato, tilapia. Dinner:  coconut oil, ground beef, mushrooms, pumpkin bake, red onion. Snacks/Other:  bio kefir, Diet Rite, Jello sugar free, strawberries.
