Lunch:  Chuck roast lean, cucumber, lettuce, mushrooms, red tomato. Dinner:  European style Sour Cream Light, Brussel Sprouts, Coconut oil, Con gusto pork rinds, egg large, Heavy whipping cream, HEB Natural Colby Cheese, Hormel Black Label Original Bacon, Linda's tartar sauce, Parmesan cheese, Shrimp, spaghetti squash, tilapia. Snacks/Other:  3 Minute Chocolate Cake, Butter organic, Diet Rite, original cream cheese, splenda, strawberries.
