Lunch:  red tomato, cucumber, mushrooms, Chuck roast lean, lettuce. Dinner:  tilapia, Shrimp, Con gusto pork rinds, egg large, Heavy whipping cream, Parmesan cheese, Brussel Sprouts, Coconut oil, spaghetti squash, European style Sour Cream Light, HEB Natural Colby Cheese, Hormel Black Label Original Bacon, Linda's tartar sauce. Snacks/Other:  3 Minute Chocolate Cake, strawberries, original cream cheese, splenda, Diet Rite, Butter organic.
