Fat: 92.09g | Prot: 98.06g | Carb: 41.79g.   Breakfast:  Broccoli Quiche with Ham, Hormel Black Label Original. Lunch:  Bertolli light extra virgin oil, black olives pitted, crisphead lettuce, cucumber, mushrooms, Natural Choice oven roasted turkey, pumpkin bake, red tomato. Dinner:  Chuck roast lean, pumpkin bake, Spinach fresh. Snacks/Other:  Diet Rite, Jello sugar free, Macadamia.
