Fat: 89.50g | Prot: 63.93g | Carb: 214.51g.   Breakfast:  du darfst leberwurst, exotic, Frischkäse Honig Senf, kleine Sonne (1 Scheibe 40g), Rohschinken Light 3% Fett, Vitalis Multi-Vitamin Tabletten. Lunch:  bell pepper, hühnchen, Madeleines , zucchini, Zwiebel. Dinner:  brötchen, butter, Camembert, kekse. Snacks/Other:  wasser.
