Fat: 21.28g | Prot: 61.51g | Carb: 142.40g.   Breakfast:  All Bran Flakes, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Fat Free Strawberry yogurt, Rooibos tea (no milk or sugar added). Lunch:  Rye Bread, Carrots, Honey, Green Tea, Light Meat Tuna with a Twist. Snacks/Other:  Strawberry Pronutro, Low fat Milk, Low fat milk.
