Fat: 54.59g | Prot: 158.58g | Carb: 252.23g.   Breakfast:  cottage cheese, banana, blueberries, champion nutrition whey . Lunch:  tuna, Hellmann's light mayonnaise, rice crisps. Dinner:  eggs, mozz, basmati rice. Snacks/Other:  infinit, artic zero, goats milk yogurt, sliced almonds.
