Fat: 28.13g | Prot: 44.50g | Carb: 220.92g.   Breakfast:  Bagel, country crock shedds spread. Lunch:  american cheese, oscar myer chopped ham, sourdough sandwich roll. Dinner:  diced tomatoes, ground beef, italian bread, tomato sauce, whole grain spaghetti. Snacks/Other:  mountain dew, water.
