Not sure why the scale isnt moving, because I am definitely moving! Getting a little discouraged as I am working really hard and want to be under 200lbs ...

Fat: 87.17g | Prot: 56.35g | Carb: 24.69g.   Breakfast:  atkins vanilla shake, coffee, Triple Omega, whipping cream. Lunch:  cauliflower, Creamy Bacon Coleslaw, Deli Fresh Meats Smoked Ham, ranch dressing. Dinner:  bacon, fried egg. Snacks/Other:  Endulge Caramel Nut Chew Bar.
