Dinner:  Cooked Kale (from Fresh, Fat Added in Cooking), Hamburger (Single Patty). Snacks/Other:  FruitSource Plus Veggie Bars - Wildberry, Omega 3 Fish Oil, One a Day Weight Smart Multivitamin, Water.
