Fat: 69.49g | Prot: 76.87g | Carb: 160.29g.   Breakfast:  Whole Milk, White Sugar (Granulated or Lump), Tea (Brewed, with Distilled Water), Cinnamon, Strawberries, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes). Lunch:  cheddar cheese, Cucumber (with Peel), Sweet Red Peppers, Dinner Rolls, Baby Spinach, Light Mayonnaise, Buffet Ham. Dinner:  Buffet Ham, 1/2 Fat Caesar Dressing, Baby Spinach, Cheese Sauce (From Recipe), Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Microwaved), Cheese & Garlic Croutons, Whole Milk, Chocolate Powder Drink Mix, Real Bacon Bits. Snacks/Other:  Smooth Peanut Butter, Peanut Butter Cup.
