Fat: 69.49g | Prot: 76.87g | Carb: 160.29g.   Breakfast:  Cinnamon, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes), Strawberries, Tea (Brewed, with Distilled Water), White Sugar (Granulated or Lump), Whole Milk. Lunch:  Baby Spinach, Buffet Ham, cheddar cheese, Cucumber (with Peel), Dinner Rolls, Light Mayonnaise, Sweet Red Peppers. Dinner:  1/2 Fat Caesar Dressing, Baby Spinach, Buffet Ham, Cheese & Garlic Croutons, Cheese Sauce (From Recipe), Chocolate Powder Drink Mix, Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Microwaved), Real Bacon Bits, Whole Milk. Snacks/Other:  Peanut Butter Cup, Smooth Peanut Butter.
