Fat: 85.02g | Prot: 95.16g | Carb: 160.65g.   Breakfast:  Tea (Brewed, with Distilled Water), White Sugar (Granulated or Lump), Whole Milk, Smooth Peanut Butter (with Salt), Peameal Bacon, Jam Preserves, 3 Grains and Oatmeal Bread, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked). Lunch:  Big Mac, Fries (Mini). Dinner:  Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Microwaved), cheese sauce, Whole Milk, Chocolate Powder Drink Mix, Baby Spinach, 1/2 Fat Caesar Dressing, Buffet Ham.
