Fat: 58.40g | Prot: 58.94g | Carb: 150.26g.   Breakfast:  milk, coffee. Lunch:  tomato, chicken. Dinner:  carrot, olives, lettuce, olive oil, nuts, egg, balsamic, tomato, cabbage, gherkin, sundried, baked chips. Snacks/Other:  tea green.
