Fat: 57.54g | Prot: 60.11g | Carb: 197.65g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Egg White, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Kale, Strawberries, Turkey Breakfast Sausage Links. Lunch:  Grapes, Kale, New Orleans Style Garden Vegetable Rice Mix, Olive Oil & Vinegar Dressing, Plantains, Salmon. Dinner:  Chili, Crackers. Snacks/Other:  Licorice Twists.
