Fat: 47.70g | Prot: 92.89g | Carb: 212.73g.   Breakfast:  Turkey Ham Thigh Meat (Cured), Bagel Thins - 100% Whole Wheat, apple jell, Turkey Breakfast Sausage. Lunch:  Salmon, New Orleans Style Yellow Rice, Broccoli, Fat Free Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding, Granny Smith Apples, Shredded Pork Taco. Dinner:  Salmon, Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh), Country Inn Chicken & Wild Rice. Snacks/Other:  Roasted In-Shell Salted Peanuts Salted, Baked! Original Potato Crisps.
