Fat: 101.65g | Prot: 95.51g | Carb: 201.82g.   Breakfast:  Arnold 12 grain bread, cream cheese, coffee. Lunch:  mixed green salad, shredded mexican cheese blend, bacon, buffalo ranch dressing. Dinner:  relish, Ball Park Angus Beef Hot Dogs, Catsup, potato long rolls, american cheese.
