Fat: 101.65g | Prot: 95.51g | Carb: 201.82g.   Breakfast:  Arnold 12 grain bread, coffee, cream cheese. Lunch:  bacon, buffalo ranch dressing, mixed green salad, shredded mexican cheese blend. Dinner:  american cheese, Ball Park Angus Beef Hot Dogs, Catsup, potato long rolls, relish.
