Fat: 46.37g | Prot: 79.45g | Carb: 174.84g.   Breakfast:  mini bagel whole wheat, laughing cow cream cheese strawberry, coffee. Lunch:  white bread, Jif natural peanut butter , simply fruit strawberry. Dinner:  center cut boneless pork chops, potato flakes, knorr spanish rice, frozen mixed vegetables.
