Fat: 46.37g | Prot: 79.45g | Carb: 174.84g.   Breakfast:  coffee, laughing cow cream cheese strawberry, mini bagel whole wheat. Lunch:  Jif natural peanut butter , simply fruit strawberry, white bread. Dinner:  center cut boneless pork chops, frozen mixed vegetables, knorr spanish rice, potato flakes.
