Fat: 172.02g | Prot: 83.73g | Carb: 494.96g.   Breakfast:  bread, egg, kelloggs, olive oil, Tea. Lunch:  brown rice, lentils, spinach. Dinner:  German Chocolate Cake with Icing and Filling, Rice Pudding, Vegetable Broth. Snacks/Other:  bread, Butter Flavored Popcorn, egg, onion, Rice Pudding, sunflower oil.
