Fat: 24.89g | Prot: 66.46g | Carb: 240.40g.   Breakfast:  kellogs rice crispies, milk. Lunch:  bernard matthews, black pepper, lettuce, mayo, wholemeal bread. Dinner:  baked potato, cherry tomato, Nonfat Cottage Cheese with Pineapple, red pepper, salad. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Plum, rich tea, tangerine, Tea with Milk.
